The special features of our oak end grain breakfast board at a glance
- breakfast board made of oak end grain
End grain is not cut lengthwise, as is the case with most other types of wood, but rather across the trunk. This also cuts through the capillaries of the wood and allows the wood to absorb more moisture. This also improves the antibacterial properties of the end grain breakfast boards.
The board consists of many small end grain wood cubes that are painstakingly put together to form a pattern in the workshop for the disabled and then oiled with linseed oil. A lot of handwork and a lot of attention to detail goes into each board.
- Can be used on both sides
The boards do not have rubber feet and can be used on both sides.

Start your day well with our end grain cutting boards
Each breakfast board is truly unique and comes to you with a very high quality finish. Visually, these boards are a highlight in your kitchen. The lovingly put-together pattern alone is a joy to look at and whets the appetite for a fresh and balanced breakfast.
The end grain is highly scratch-resistant due to the vertical alignment of the wood fibers. The surface retains its high-quality appearance over a longer period of time and creates a pleasant, silky feel when cutting. The wood is hygienic and 100% food-safe. Odors and discolorations can be easily removed.
How to properly care for end grain breakfast boards
You can remove coarse dirt by brushing it off with dishwater and a sponge. After washing, place the board upside down to dry. Never let it soak or lie in water and do not wash it in the dishwasher.
Our tip: To make your cutting board look like new again after prolonged use, sand it down with fine sandpaper and possibly rub it with a little vegetable oil.
Info: Cuts and scratches are purely cosmetic and not grounds for complaint!
