    The roller, turned from a single piece of European beech wood, is the core of the rolling pin.

    Ball bearings that are well lubricated with a food-grade lubricant ensure particularly smooth operation and a smooth, buttery-smooth running.

    Due to the high weight, the worker is made to roll out the dough much easier as only minimal effort is required.

    The rolling pin is suitable for evenly rolling out fondant, shortcrust pastry, cake, cookie, pasta and pizza dough or simply for making crumbs.

    care instructions
    The rolling pin should be stored in a dry place. We recommend that you only wipe it with a damp cloth when necessary and never submerge it under water or put it in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ball bearings. The roller should be re-oiled occasionally with vegetable oil. To do this, use a soft, lint-free cloth or a brush and apply it to the dry wood. Any oil that does not absorb should then simply be wiped off. Please do not disassemble the rolling pin!
