Please provide as much information as possible, such as your name, order number, and the exact facts of the matter. For complaints about defective products, it is helpful if you send us one or more photos so that we can analyze the defect internally. We always strive to find a suitable solution for your concern as quickly as possible. You will receive an initial response from us within one business day.
