Our goal is the highest possible customer satisfaction. Does the delivered product not meet your wishes and expectations? Then you can return it to us up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. You may, of course, unpack and inspect products, but all products must be unused and undamaged if you wish to return them. If products are returned to us damaged, we may charge you for possible costs. If you return products to us, please pack them in their original packaging if possible.

The return shipping is at your expense.

Return Process
After you have returned an item to us, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded to you as soon as possible. The period for repayment is 14 days, but you usually receive the purchase amount after 1 to 2 days after receipt of the return.

Exchange
Would you like to receive a different item? Then simply send us the item(s) back and place a new order in one of our webshops. You also have 14 days to return the item. As soon as we have received the return, the purchase amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded to you. For open invoices, this automatically expires completely or partially.
