Shipping terms
We generally ship our consignments with DHL to almost all countries. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. As soon as the consignment has been processed by DHL, you will receive a new e-mail with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the shipment at any time. If you are not at home during the day, we recommend having your delivery sent to a DHL Paketshop near you, where you can pick up your parcel after work.

For customers from Switzerland: Please note that no VAT is charged for your order, but customs may charge you costs for importing the goods. Furthermore, any shipping costs incurred for a possible return must be borne by you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods takes place within 1-3 days, and international deliveries within 3-10 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
